For most Associate Professors seeking promotion to the rank of Full Professor the process often feels no less mysterious or stressful. However, with guidance and careful and early planning, the process of getting to and through tenure and promotion can be manageable, even enjoyable. This series is designed to help Post-docs, Assistant Professors, and Associate Professors prepare for tenure and or promotion to the ranks of Associate Professor, Professor, or Distinguished Professor.
