Planning For Tenure and Promotion

For most Assistant Professors the tenure review process is often steeped in stress and mystery. For most Associate Professors seeking promotion to the rank of Full Professor the process often feels no less mysterious or stressful. However, with careful and early planning, the process of getting to and through tenure and promotion can be manageable, even enjoyable. This series is designed for Post-docs, Assistant Professors preparing for tenure, and Associate Professors preparing for promotion to the rank of Professor.
